Job Title: Field Investigator

United Recovery and Remarketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Investigator to join our team. As a Field Investigator, you will play a critical role in locating vehicles subject to repossession and working closely with our recovery agents to ensure successful recoveries.

About the Role:

As a Field Investigator, you will be responsible for:

  • Locating vehicles subject to repossession in designated areas
  • Interacting with recovery agents and customers to gather information and coordinate recoveries
  • Utilizing in-cab computers and camera technology to aid in vehicle location and recovery efforts
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure successful recoveries
Requirements:

To be successful as a Field Investigator, you will need:

  • A clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment processing, including a background check and urinalysis drug test
  • Be 23 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
