Responsibilities

We're seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of business development, team leadership, and technical expertise in tax planning and compliance. As the Business Management and Family Office Leader, you'll be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing a dynamic team in providing comprehensive tax and consulting services to our high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices
  • Lead compliance and consulting services for clients, including technical review of complex tax returns and proactive tax planning
  • Manage multiple client engagement teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Establish growth principles, process improvements, and institutional knowledge within the Signature Client Solutions Group
  • Oversee client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue
Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with 15-20+ years of experience in Professional Services, with specific expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and families. You'll need strong conflict negotiation skills, a proven track record of business development and revenue growth, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. You'll also need to be deadline-driven, willing to be on-call at short notice, and have experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000-$500,000, as well as benefits such as annual bonuses, unlimited paid time off, 401(k) profit sharing, and a paid sabbatical every 5 years.
