**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Multi-Family Sales Representative** to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and margin goals by providing exceptional customer service, developing customer relationships, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their multi-family construction projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and builders
- Participate in marketing events, such as seminars and tradeshows, to promote our products and services
- Ensure the showroom and personal workspace are maintained in a neat and organized manner
- Enter and process all paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Visit apartment buildings and job sites to develop relationships with new and existing customers
**Requirements**
- Construction knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
- Local travel required to visit customers and job sites
- Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as required
- Proficient in computer spreadsheet programs, email, and company computer system
