Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Confirm sales appointments and perform follow-up with unsold customers

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, BDC, or retail sales environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling e-commerce sales leads
  • Previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales is strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site, Tuesday-Saturday
  • Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
  • Internet savvy and great computer skills
  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles
