Overview

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Retail Administrative Associate to work closely with our Lead Generators, and HVAC service, and installation teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with Lead Generators to schedule HVAC service and installation jobs
  • Coordinate with the HVAC service and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion
  • Manage financing and payment paperwork for HVAC projects
  • Oversee Home Depot portal, including account creation, job management, and communication with technicians and customers
  • Take ownership of the administrative process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour with monthly bonus opportunities

Physical Demands:

Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing.
