Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Northwest Cascade Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project management team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily tasks.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $27.50-$32.50 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 100% medical insurance, dental, vision, and 401K with company match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks
  • Facilitate communications between office, field staff, and customers
  • Maintain positive vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and productively on assigned tasks
  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • 2 or 4-year degree (preferred but not required)
