Gene Johnson Co is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Administrative Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling HVAC jobs, managing customer communications, and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and experience in administrative roles, ideally with a focus on scheduling and customer service.

In this role, you will work closely with Lead Generators to schedule HVAC service and installation jobs, coordinate with the HVAC service and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion, manage financing and payment paperwork for HVAC projects, oversee Home Depot portal, including account creation, job management, and communication with technicians and customers, and take ownership of the administrative process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
