About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, HR Investigations to join our team at Bath & Body Works. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investigations team and provide guidance and support as needed

  • Provide training and development opportunities for the investigations team
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR investigations or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead competing priorities effectively
