About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, HR Investigations to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the investigations team and ensuring that all investigations are conducted in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investigations team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct complex investigations and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for investigations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that investigations are conducted in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the investigations team
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR investigations or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead competing priorities effectively
