Role Requirements:

  • Travel to various project locations across the U.S. for approximately half of the year, primarily in major metropolitan areas.
  • Additional compensation is provided for extended hours and weekend work while traveling.
  • The company covers expenses for meals, lodging, and travel during assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of Impact at project sites, managing relationships and overseeing installation activities.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting equipment tests, delivering training, and providing startup assistance.
  • Tasks will vary based on the complexity of each project, ensuring diverse challenges.

Office Responsibilities:

  • When not on-site, engineers will work from our Columbia, Maryland office, focusing on project documentation and planning.
  • Contribute to the closure activities of ongoing projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • A proven track record of success is valued more than advanced degrees.
  • A background check, drug screening, and U.S. work authorization documentation are required upon hiring.
  • This position is subject to the E-Verify program.
