Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure platforms to support enterprise applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to enhance automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Integrate, monitor, and optimize cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Ensure platform security compliance with DoD standards and maintain systems in alignment with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain high availability of systems.
  • Develop and document processes for ongoing maintenance and future scalability.
  • Ensure system performance monitoring and proactive issue identification.

Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure system design.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience working in DoD or government environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of networking and firewall configurations preferred.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
