About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. - A97. As a Database Specialist, you will be responsible for helping Startups scale quickly and cost-effectively on AWS. You will work closely with our customers to understand their database needs and provide expert guidance on Amazon's Database solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers at the CxO/VP level to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.
  • Become a trusted business advisor within customer accounts through Technical Thought Leadership.
  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
  • Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
  • Own the Startup GTM strategy and execution for AWS Database in the Eastern US, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
