- Payroll Training and Development: Train and mentor junior payroll staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficiency in payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to non-experts.
