Job Title: Property Manager

The Collier Companies is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our student housing communities.

This is an on-site role, reporting from one of our community offices in Tallahassee, which offers a unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and exciting opportunities for growth and development.

A successful Property Manager will be a strategic leader, with the ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a large team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a community of 200 or more apartment homes, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee capital projects and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Manage financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Utilize technical skills, including experience with Entrata, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of curb appeal and community appearance.
