Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide superior customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems
- Continuously build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related violations in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
