Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate DSA Manager to lead and enhance our DSA program for the Adult I/DD Community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fostering peer-based relationships and increasing clients' community involvement and achievement of their goals and desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute in-field programs and processes
  • Develop, promote, and grow the DSA Department
  • Managing and oversight of day-to-day operations of the DSA Department
  • Manage department forecasting and budget
  • Oversight of recertification and contracts in a timely manner
  • Working knowledge of department specific OARs or ability to learn and understand OARs
Employment Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Clear background checks as defined by state and federal regulations and policies
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual a plus; basic math skills and an understanding of Word, Excel, and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and systems implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve effectively
