Job Title: Business Development Director

Manpower Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, new business acquisition, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketing and brand consultancy industry
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure successful account renewal and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare and present external sales presentations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in marketing and brand consultancy
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and result-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
