Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients in accordance with Moncler's Selling and Service standards, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs, including Average Dollar Transaction, Units per Transaction, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, and more.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through active engagement, conversation, and effective clientele management.
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new relationships to drive business and sales growth.
  • Maintain company merchandise presentation standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Follow up with customers on charge sends, repairs, and holds, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Review and analyze personal KPI achievement, making adjustments to sales approach as needed to drive results and exceed client expectations.
  • Support inventory preparation and execution, ensuring accurate and efficient stock management.
  • Collaborate with store employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship building.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $20.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour. Employment type: Full Time. Workplace type: On-site.
