Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Intern Non-Career. This role will provide support to the Personnel Services Division and assist with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administration of departmental needs
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Conduct research and gather data for various HR projects
  • Assist with internal communication and drafting announcements
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a junior or senior standing
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university within one year from the time of application
  • For Management Intern position: six (6) months of paid experience or comparable paid/unpaid volunteer experience in the fields of political science, public administration, public policy, or a closely related field
