Position Summary – Bill Jacobs Volkswagen Automotive Service Consultant

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Service Consultant to enhance our team. The primary responsibility of the Service Consultant is to provide expert recommendations for vehicle maintenance to our esteemed clientele and articulate the significance of regular upkeep for peak vehicle performance. Successful Service Consultants are proactive problem solvers who excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and addressing their vehicle repair and maintenance inquiries.
  • Directing the customer's vehicle to a skilled technician and collaborating with the technician regarding necessary repairs/services.
  • Updating customers on any service modifications or when their vehicle is ready for collection.
  • Maintaining communication with the customer regarding the status of their vehicle from initiation through to delivery.
  • Responding to customer queries concerning their vehicle service and relevant warranty coverage.
  • Advising customers and formulating a plan for their vehicle based on both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
