Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and addressing their vehicle repair and maintenance inquiries.
- Guiding the customer's vehicle to a skilled technician and collaborating with the technician regarding required repairs/services.
- Updating customers on any modifications in service or notifying them when their vehicle is ready for collection.
- Managing communication with the customer regarding their vehicle's status from the beginning through to delivery.
- Responding to customer queries concerning their vehicle service and relevant warranty coverage.
- Advising customers and developing a comprehensive plan for their vehicle's short-term and long-term needs.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Consultant in a dealership setting; experience with Volkswagen and/or import vehicles is preferred.
- Proficiency in CDK is preferred.
- Exceptional follow-up skills.
