Job Title: Account Manager

At Springfield Remanufacturing Corp., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy and medium duty aftermarket parts industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or significant practical experience in lieu of degree.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical or fuel applications preferred.
  • Excellent customer service focus with an understanding of cost of service.
  • Good understanding of both financial reports and the budgeting process.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to multi-task.
