Job Description

Sharp Decisions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving issues with desktops, laptops, and other computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for technical issues escalated by clients
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, including user accounts and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, such as hardware and software issues

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in hands-on help desk support
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: $30.13 per hour

This is a contract position with possible extension. We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
