KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform duties of a Sales Associate, addressing inquiries and managing communications effectively.
  • Assist customers with payment processes, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Maintain organized digital files and provide essential support to department leaders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by participating in seminars and meetings.
  • Provide administrative assistance and contribute to the overall objectives of the team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with company-specific software applications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Must possess adequate vision for computer-related tasks and the ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven strong computer skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate successfully with team members.
  • Completion of pre-employment assessments is required.

WORKING HOURS:
8 am – 5 pm, including a half-hour lunch break.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position does not require travel.
