We are in search of enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Retail Consultant in our Salt Lake City showroom. This position is ideal for those eager to assist customers in selecting the perfect bike tailored to their needs, ensuring they maximize both enjoyment and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying the ideal e-bike for their lifestyle.
  • Provide expert guidance on bike features and road safety.
  • Facilitate test rides while ensuring customer comfort and safety.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked retail environment.
  • Collaborate with our team of skilled Ebike Mechanics to address customer inquiries.
  • Advocate for customer needs by identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a showroom setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for cycling and knowledge of bike components.
  • Willingness to work weekends as part of the schedule.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.
  • Comfortable with a variety of teaching methods to engage customers.
