Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect bike, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Help customers find the right bike for their needs, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a showroom or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of bike mechanics and safety
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
