Position: Sales Associate - Electric Bikes

Location: Salt Lake City, UT / Retail Sales / Full-Time - Hourly

Rad Power Bikes, the leading brand in electric bicycles, is dedicated to promoting cycling as a sustainable mode of transportation.

As a pioneer in the e-bike industry in North America, we are rapidly expanding our presence in Europe. Our innovative approach to omnichannel retail for personal mobility products sets us apart as industry leaders.

We are in search of enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate in our Salt Lake City showroom. In this position, you will assist customers in discovering the ideal bicycle that suits their needs while enhancing their riding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product offerings and assist in optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment.
  • Facilitate test rides, ensuring customer comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in a showroom setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Strong biking skills and a solid understanding of road safety.
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive approach to learning and retaining product information.

Additional Requirements:

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • A passion for educating others about cycling and e-bikes.
  • Familiarity with bicycle components and a personal interest in cycling.
  • Ability to communicate product details clearly and professionally.
  • Commitment to advocating for customer needs and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
