About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at Kadlec. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinically-based case management to support the delivery of efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify appropriate utilization of resources and ensure reimbursement.
  • Utilize criteria to confirm medical necessity for admission and continued stay.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans in conjunction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • 2 years of recent inpatient clinical experience in an acute care facility.
  • Previous Case Management, discharge planning, or utilization review experience.
