About the Role

Kadlec is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Pain Management department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pain management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized pain management plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
  • Conduct patient education and counseling on pain management techniques and strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pain management services

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Recent nursing experience in pain management or a related field
