About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Kadlec. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our audiology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and implement evidence-based practices in our clinical setting.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Audiology or equivalent degree.
  • Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of Washington.
  • At least 4 years of experience in audiology, with a strong background in patient care and clinical management.
