XDT Market Supervisor Job Description

The XDT Market Supervisor is a critical role that oversees the daily operations of a team of Customer Service Associates (CSAs) in a market-based setting. This position is responsible for leading, managing, and analyzing the productivity of the office, ensuring adherence to processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Coach, lead, and train CSAs to achieve performance goals and improve productivity.
  • Inventory Flow: Manage vendor returns, 3PL claims, and inventory processing to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Task Management: Assign tasks to CSAs, develop associate scheduling, and solve customer escalations.
  • Team Leadership: Build a positive team environment, motivate associates, and lead by example.
Responsibility Statements:

The XDT Market Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Managing a market-based CSA team to support delivery operations.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training associates on Home Delivery processes and systems.
  • Effectively motivating and managing associates on a daily basis.
  • Creating and promoting the daily schedule of associates.
  • Communicating with customers who have escalated issues to improve customer in-home delivery experiences.
  • Solving problems, auditing the business, and identifying trends.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' Supply Chain leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years' Supply Chain leadership experience.
  • Associate's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 3 years' Supply Chain leadership experience.
Benefits:

Lowe's offers a competitive salary range of $58,100.00 - $96,900.00 annually, with starting rate of pay varying based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
