Weekend Nurse Opportunity
Good Shepherd Community Care, a leading provider of hospice and palliative care, seeks a skilled Weekend Nurse to join its expanding On-Call team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in patients' private homes and residential facilities throughout Greater Boston and parts of Metrowest.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary hospice teams about patients' needs and outcomes of interventions.
- Facilitate admissions to hospice services and coordinate care planning.
Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts, Bachelors preferred.
- 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year of hospice or equivalent nursing experience.
