Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team at Empire Cooler Services, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), vacation and sick time off (PTO), company-paid term life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the post-sale customer experience, executing contract renewals, educating customers on the benefits and value of leasing, and providing ongoing support to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Renewals: Proactively engage with customers to transition them from outdated lease terms to updated agreements, targeting high conversion rates.
  • Equipment Replacements: Assist customers in replacing equipment at the end of its service life and guide them through the re-signing of lease agreements to maintain seamless service and support.
  • Customer Offboarding: Oversee the end-of-contract process, including managing equipment removals, buyouts, and lease transfers.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as a customer advocate, collaborating across departments to resolve complex issues and ensure an elevated level of customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Management & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements and identify upsell opportunities.
