Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to join our team at Ascent. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software implementation and customer success, with a proven track record of managing or supporting complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless post-sales support for Ascent customers.
  • Become an expert on the Ascent platform and stay up-to-date on product features and enhancements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging analytics and market insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation and customer success.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management principles and experience working with CRM software.
  • A competitive salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
