Job Overview

Vantron Technology Inc. is a fast-growing leader in IoT and embedded computing solutions, and we are looking for a highly motivated Account Development Representative to join our team. As an ADR, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for existing customers, handling all their day-to-day needs and proactively seeking additional revenue opportunities.
  • Leverage on-boarding and continuous training to become an expert about Vantron, our industry, and our platform's benefits and features.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to understand corporate budgets, decision-making timelines, and key decision-makers within existing customer organizations.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in closing sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and technical proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Business Tools.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a hunter mentality, with a strong desire to uncover new opportunities and drive revenue growth. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
