Job Summary

As a key member of our branch office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team's efforts to improve lives and strengthen Idaho communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to the public regarding housing opportunities and social services
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and documents to the appropriate specialists
  • Update system information and maintain accurate records
  • Assist caseworkers with preparing documents and paperwork
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence
  • Manage and track damage and unreported income claims
  • Assist with processing payments and financial transactions
Requirements
  • Two years' experience with word processing programs and administrative software
  • Ability to type 65 wpm with high accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years' experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve department goals
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide support to the public
  • Knowledge of office procedures, equipment, and software
