We are seeking a Lead Guest Services Supervisor (Customer Service/Front End Department Manager).
This role requires a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about providing guidance and direction to the front-end team while ensuring exceptional standards of customer service across all front-end operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the continuous oversight, training, coaching, and development of all front-end team members, including cashiers, baggers, and customer service desk representatives.
With the assistance of your Guest Services Manager, you will manage the effective operation of the front-end department, which includes cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, and parking lot areas.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age;
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
