Position Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift. Your role is crucial in maintaining cost efficiency, managing inventory, ensuring cash accuracy, and fostering positive customer interactions. Qualifications
All team members are expected to:

- Conduct regular inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
- Engage in daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
Training and Development

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for processing orders and interacting with customers and team members.

- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately.
- Capability to provide correct monetary change.
- Proficient in using computers and touch screens for order entry.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise tasks.
Work Environment
Expect exposure to various weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks. In-store temperatures may vary significantly. You will encounter hot surfaces, sharp tools, and moving parts.
Physical Requirements
This role involves:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Walking short distances frequently.
- Lifting heavy items, including bulk deliveries.
- Carrying products and managing trays.
- Climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
Driving Responsibilities
As part of your duties, you may be required to deliver products to customers and distribute promotional materials.
Essential Skills for Delivery
Strong navigational skills are necessary for locating addresses and managing deliveries in various environments.
Physical Demands
This position requires:
- Carrying items during deliveries.
- Driving within designated areas.
