Queens University of Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Digital Navigator Manager to oversee our Digital Navigator team. The manager will ensure effective service delivery, foster community engagement, and lead a group of Digital Navigators who assist community members with affordable home internet service, low or no-cost devices, digital skills, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing individuals to achieve team goals, experience in teaching courses or developing training programs, and the ability to create space for effective team collaboration and input.

They will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and onboarding for Digital Navigators, conducting bi-weekly one-on-one meetings to review performance, project updates, and Individual Development Plans, and evaluating individual performance and call quality assurance.

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403b retirement plan, vacation, paid holidays, tuition remission, life insurance, and more.

This is an exempt position, meaning it is not eligible for overtime pay. The position is also not eligible for visa sponsorship.
