Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Training Program Manager to oversee the complete governance of our Training Program, encompassing technical, administrative, and process-driven training for all data centers across our portfolio. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you will be accountable for providing leadership and operational oversight of the programs, processes, and requirements for an industry-leading training program.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and define strategic training objectives throughout the portfolio and design, plan, and implement programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to T5 Data Centers and/or the data center industry.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training options or requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent mission-critical data center experience managing large enterprise-level or wholesale/retail data center facilities.
  • Prior executive-level interaction experience with clients is a must.
  • 7+ years' experience in mission-critical data center environments.
  • 5+ years' personnel management experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, based on your skills and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
