Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all retail locations
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team to create innovative and creative visual displays that support business objectives
  • Work closely with the merchandise planning team to develop visual merchandising plans for campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct store visits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure flawless execution
  • Coach and train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices
  • Research and test new visual directions and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
  • Partner with the compliance team to ensure accurate and compliant visual displays

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail apparel management or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related business field preferred
  • Ability to travel 75% to all C3 Industries retail locations
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
