Job Overview

Busch's Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with guests by providing excellent customer service and making product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed stocking efficiency goals to ensure timely and accurate restocking of merchandise.
  • Receive and verify department deliveries, accurately processing and storing merchandise.
  • Merchandise, price, and stock product to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Set and maintain shelves and displays to ensure a clean and organized store.
  • Complete all price changes and tag maintenance to ensure accurate pricing and signage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back room, including the damaged product area, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work items from back stock onto the sales floor and work pick lists to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of guest requests.
  • Clean the department, including floors, shelving, and coolers, to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Assist with preparation for inventory to ensure accurate and efficient counting and processing of merchandise.
  • Rotate product to minimize out-of-dates and ensure a fresh and appealing store environment.
  • Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Operate POS (point of sale) as needed to process guest transactions and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Operate the cardboard baler and make bales as required to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Adhere to all Busch's policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors, and associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification for Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack desired.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Proficient selling skills to ask questions, listen, and make product recommendations.
  • Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
