Manage and grow existing client accounts by upselling and cross-selling. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:** Conduct compelling sales presentations to demonstrate product or service value. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. **Market Analysis:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. **Continuous Learning:** Keep up with industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve sales skills and performance. **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Be a trusted advisor to clients and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative • Focus on consultative sales approach with the ability to close • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-driven mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment • Proven track record in sales • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
