Job Summary

Smiths Interconnect Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF/microwave/mmW hardware development and a passion for designing cutting-edge electronics modules, subsystems, and systems.

Responsibilities:
• Technical responsibility for all aspects of RF/microwave/mmW hardware within our products, including UHF through 40GHz
• Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from research to sustainment, for bespoke electronics modules, subsystems, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain

Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in RF/microwave/mmW hardware development, with at least 20GHz frequency range
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Proficient in Cadence AWR or ADS, SPICE, and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of analog DC, AC, and transient circuit simulation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
