Electrical Engineer with RF Data Link Expertise

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise in RF data link systems. This full-time position is based in Tucson, AZ.

As a member of the Effector RF Products Department, you will be responsible for designing and testing wireless communication systems, including data links for tactical missile programs. Your tasks may include:

  • Communications systems design
  • Data link hardware development
  • Algorithm development
  • Digital signal processing

You will work closely with the Data Link subsystems team to develop next-generation high-capacity, covert, and agile data links. With a strong understanding of RF transceiver and front-end design, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex communication systems.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, along with experience in programming languages such as MATLAB, SIMULINK, C/C++, or equivalent. Familiarity with communication theory, digital signal processing, and probability theory is also preferred.

The salary range for this role is $53,000 - $103,000 USD.
