We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Coronary sales team in the Southern California Region. Key Responsibilities- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Coronary market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including cardiovascular surgeons, cardiologists, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience or management experience
- Prior experience in the medical device industry, preferably in sales or marketing
- Advanced degree preferred
At Abbott, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $109,300.00 - $218,000.00, depending on location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
