We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Practice Assistant II to join our team at Brigham and Women's Hospital. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with training and orienting new staff members, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
- Act as a lead, assigning and prioritizing workflow, troubleshooting issues, and providing backup support for the Supervisor.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to resolve complex issues and problems.
- Assist with special projects as directed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
- Minimum one year of applicable work experience required.
- Additional training in office systems preferred.
