POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of our Culinary Service team, you will engage with customers by efficiently fulfilling their orders, sharing insights about our delectable ready-to-eat meals, and ensuring that our self-serve stations are tidy and well-stocked.

In our dynamic setting, team members must adeptly balance routine responsibilities (such as maintaining food displays and organization) with immediate customer demands.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who are passionate about delivering fresh, delicious meals to our patrons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness; tailor your approach to meet customer needs and foster connections through personalized service.
  • Proactively assess, anticipate, and address customer inquiries regarding our products.
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable in your areas of responsibility, including product details.
  • Transition smoothly from welcoming customers to providing product information, upselling, completing sales, expressing gratitude, and inviting them back.
  • Maintain product inventory at optimal levels to enhance sales opportunities; assist management with ordering supplies.
  • Ensure that only the highest quality products are available; regularly check and replace outdated items in sales areas.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of product displays that create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Participate actively in product promotions and community events.
  • Keep storage areas, coolers, and freezers organized, clean, and safe.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, possess problem-solving skills, and have a track record of success in a diverse team environment.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while producing quality results within deadlines; strong time management and organizational skills are essential.


Our team members provide outstanding customer service and have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
Successful applicants will show a thorough understanding of food, including ingredients, applications, pronunciations, and culinary techniques.

We aim to find candidates with knowledge of food safety, HACCP guidelines, inventory management, and merchandising experience.

Preferably, our new Culinary Service Associates will have at least one year of customer service experience and one year of experience in food service.

COMPENSATION DETAILS
$25.15
