Peachtree Wellness Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our facility's operational efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise and lead a team of staff members, including kitchen supervisors, behavioral health technicians, and client care coordinators.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet client needs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall facility performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to substance use disorder and mental health treatment facilities, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the clinical team, HR, and other stakeholders to provide client support, coordinate care, and ensure effective communication.
- Facility Maintenance: Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to leadership on operational performance, client outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Three years of experience in operations management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize assignments.
Work Environment:
This is an in-person/office work environment with daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
