Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
The Quality Technician I is a critical role at Della Infotech, responsible for supporting the business with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers.
A key function of this position is to provide inspection support as well as process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Works with the team to provide audits and inspections on product quality according to Della Infotech's quality-assurance processes.
- Assists with conducting nonconforming materials investigation and reports to authorized vendors as appropriate.
- Engages management and team members as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
- Works with the team to support new product quality plan implementations.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, delivering output following learned technical framework.
- Supports ISO 9001.
Requirements:
- Preferred Education: High School or equivalent.
- Preferred Work Experience (years): 0-3 years.
- Ability to learn technical information.
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable.
- Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).
