Cittis Company Inc is a dynamic floral operation seeking an experienced and energetic team member to join our fast-paced environment. As a Senior Floral Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, dependent on experience, with medical benefits and 401(k) included.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this key position. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the floral department, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
  • Lead and motivate a team of floral production staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior role within a floral operation.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and finances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
